This Privacy Policy explains what information Brosvision s.r.o. ("Brosvision", "we", "us") collects when you play Hockey Player VR (the "Program"), how we use it, and how you can request its deletion. It applies to all versions of the Program, including the versions distributed through the Meta Horizon Store (Meta Quest and Rift) and Steam.
Brosvision does not require you to create a separate account and does not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, location, payment details or any other contact information inside the Program. Purchases are processed by the store you buy the Program from (for example Meta or Valve), and Brosvision does not receive your payment information.
When you play the Program, we receive and process only the following information:
- Platform user ID and username: your Meta (or Steam) user ID and the public username / display name associated with it, provided to us by the platform SDK.
- Entitlement status: confirmation from the platform that you own a valid copy of the Program.
- Gameplay data: anonymous and aggregated statistics generated during play, such as matches played, goals and shots.
- Technical data: basic device and connection information (such as headset model, app version and IP address) that is necessary to connect you to online multiplayer sessions and to diagnose errors.
We use this information only to:
- verify that you own a legitimate copy of the Program;
- connect you with other players in online multiplayer matches and display your username to them;
- show statistics and leaderboards;
- keep the Program running, fix bugs and improve gameplay.
We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those described above.
Your username is visible to other players you play with online. Apart from that, we do not share your information with third parties, except with service providers that host our online multiplayer infrastructure on our behalf and only to the extent needed to provide the online features, or where we are required to do so by law.
Meta and Valve collect information under their own privacy policies, which govern their handling of your data. Brosvision does not have access to personal information that these platforms collect for their own purposes.
Online session data is kept only for the duration of the multiplayer session. Gameplay statistics and leaderboard entries linked to your user ID are kept as long as the online features of the Program are operated, or until you ask us to delete them.
You can request access to, or deletion of, any data we hold about you at any time by sending an e-mail to info@brosvision.com with the subject "Hockey Player VR - Data Deletion Request" and your Meta (or Steam) username. We will delete all data associated with your account within 30 days and confirm the deletion by e-mail. Uninstalling the Program removes all data stored locally on your device.
Brosvision s.r.o. is based in Slovakia, and we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to its processing and to data portability. The Program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page together with an updated "Last updated" date.

WARNING: PHOTOSENSITIVITY/EPILEPSY SEIZURES
A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights. Exposure to certain patterns or backgrounds on a television screen or when playing video games may trigger epileptic seizures or blackouts in these individuals. These conditions may trigger previously undetected epileptic symptoms or seizures in persons who have no history of prior seizures or epilepsy. If you, or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition or has had seizures of any kind, consult your physician before playing.
IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE use and consult your physician before resuming gameplay. If you or your child experience any of the following health problems or symptoms:
Dizziness
Altered vision
Eye or muscle twitches
Loss of awareness
Disorientation
Seizures or
Any involuntary movement or convulsion
RESUME GAME PLAY ONLY ON APPROVAL OF YOUR PHYSICIAN.
Use and handling of video games to reduce the likelihood of a seizure:
Use in a well-lit area and keep as far away as possible from the monitor screen.
Take a 15-minute break during each hour of play.
Avoid playing when you are tired or need sleep.
Stop using the system immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms: lightheadedness, nausea, or a sensation similar to motion sickness, discomfort or pain in the eyes, ears, hands arms, or any other part of the body. If the condition persists, consult a doctor.
VR Headset Safety Notice
Before using, read the health and safety warnings in the VR headset instruction manual. Carefully follow all instructions for setup and use.
The VR headset is not for use by children under age 13.
Review surroundings and clear obstacles before use. Take steps to prevent pets, children, or other obstacles entering the area during use.
Some people may experience motion sickness, nausea, disorientation, blurred vision or other discomfort while viewing virtual reality content. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop using immediately and remove the VR headset.
